How Much Will It Cost?

BHESCo funds the project planning, development and installation, and remains the owner until the lease is paid. In this way, we assume the technological & financial risk instead of the property owner, which makes sense as we have the industry experience.

Our upfront investment is returned through a hire purchase contract* paid by the tenant from the savings on their energy bill. Our interest rate is what we pay to our member investors of 5%.

[* Hire purchase contacts are a type of credit, whereby the creditor remains the legal owner of the goods until you have repaid the sums due under the contract]

What We Can Do

We’ll survey the property and produce a report highlighting all the ways you’re wasting energy and making recommendations on how to improve low performing areas and your income generating assets.

We can project manage any measures to suit your property, including solar panels, air source heat pumps, combined heat & power, loft and wall insulation, draught proofing, replacement of old appliances, and low energy LED lighting.
