Big Energy Saving Week 2019: 21st - 27th January 2019

Big Energy Saving Week is a nationwide campaign with the goals of helping people compare and save on their energy bills, as well as making sure all those who are entitled to extra financial support are aware of this and can gain access to it.

During Big Energy Saving Week, BHESCo will be providing expert, impartial energy advice at the following locations:

  • Hove Town Hall – Monday 21st January, 9.30am – 11am
  • Brighton Open Market – Thursday 24th January, 12pm – 2pm
  • Real Junk Food Cafe at One Church – Friday 25th January, 12pm – 2pm

Come along and speak to our friendly staff who will give their free and impartial advice with the sole aim of helping you save money on your bills.

This could include advice on switching supplier or tariff, or helping you apply for any extra financial support you may be eligible for such as the Warm Home Discount.

We can also provide energy saving tips, and in partnership with Brighton & Hove Council we offer free home energy surveys to help to identify where heat is being lost in your home and how to fix it quickly.  Please bring in your energy bills when you come to chat to us so we can review them; this will help us to assist you.

Of the people that have successfully switched energy supplier under our guidance, the average saving is £300. This is a substantial saving for something as simple as a quick switch, so please come to speak to us this ‘Big Energy Saving Week’ and make your home energy cheaper and more efficient.
