Once a BHESCo survey has identified the most cost-effective energy saving/ energy generating solutions for your premises, you may decide to engage BHESCo’s Energy Project Management Services. 

When acting as Project Manager, BHESCo will take care of every aspect of your energy project, overseeing the planning, installation, cost management and operating performance of the systems that are installed. 

We liaise with suppliers to obtain the best performance and value options for our customer and ensure that a high-quality installation is undertaken by one of our experienced and qualified local contractors. 

Where applicable, BHESCo can act on our customer’s behalf in consultations with the local authority regarding permissions for listed properties or work in conservation areas or support grant applications.

Please note, where BHESCo becomes the Project Manager following an energy survey, we can absorb the cost of your survey into our project management services. 

Project installation and performance monitoring

Our Project Management Team will deal directly with technology installers to ensure that your project is completed on time and within budget.

We will source a variety of quotations from installers to ensure you get the best value for money, and we will provide quality assurance after project completion to guarantee all works have been installed to the highest standards.

We can also act on your behalf in consultations with the local authority regarding permissions for listed properties and work in conservation areas.

Financial modelling

We will prepare a long-term energy plan with detailed forecasting of expected financial and carbon emissions savings.

BHESCo stipulates the savings in the contract and ensures that a high quality installation is undertaken by our  network of experienced and qualified local contractors.

Long term accountability

In accordance with our co-operative values, all of our customers become members of our co-op. In this way, customers can have the comfort of knowing that BHESCo will be available to provide support for years after a project has been installed.
