About the work
Can you spare 20 hours of your time to support our Energy Saving Team with the update of our client records?
The work will involve updating our Client Relationship Management system (CRM) with data gathered from BHESCo’s Energy Saving Team following recent energy assessments. This could include updating client records such as name, address, contact details, etc, in addition to inputting data on property type, property observations (levels of insulation, type of windows and doors, boiler model) and energy bill details (supplier, tariff name, estimated annual consumption, meter type).
About you
The suitable candidate will have experience in data entry, a good level of attention to detail, and will be very patient with routine tasks. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs. You will be provided with access to a laptop, for use within the BHESCo office, along with training on the specific program we use. This is an opportunity to assist with an innovative, interesting and worthwhile project and to get to know more about community energy work and improving the energy efficiency of Brighton’s housing.
When and where
Our ideal candidate will start asap and will be able to offer at least 4-5 hours per week. We work standard office hours and can be flexible to suit your other commitments. The office is on the Old Steine in Brighton.
